Peak, a digital marketing agency, and deus ex digital, a consultancy devoted to business design, are merging. The two companies share a history and a vision, and have decided to build a new digital adventure. Bright — the first Business Hacking agency in Switzerland — is born.

This coming together lets the new entity offer a range of services devoted entirely to growing companies’ revenue. Steve Savioz, co-founder of Peak, will be chief executive of Bright. Damien Fournier, founder of deus ex digital and former director of Havas Village Geneva, joins as managing partner and head of the advisory department.

The two partners’ shared history began nearly fifteen years ago, and was filled with notable successes over nearly ten years within the agency Virtua. On separate paths since, their new experiences let them hone and widen their respective skills, in running a company as much as in digital. So it was only natural that they decided to re-form the pair and offer a complete answer, in step with what the market expects.

“Our services are complementary. Together they cover the whole value chain: from analysing the business and the customer journeys, by way of data science, through to running digital marketing campaigns that perform,” says Steve Savioz, chief executive of Bright.

Business design, data science and growth hacking tactics together make Bright the first Business Hacking agency in Switzerland. The Swiss market is fragmented, and the agency landscape is hard for companies to read. To widen their market, most digital and media agencies have extended their range of services to the extreme, becoming full-service agencies. Bright has chosen the opposite position. Performance demands complete focus: Bright therefore stands as a business hacking agency.

“Our organisation, our experts and our services serve one objective: understanding our clients’ business so as to find the winning strategies, the ones able to grow their profit. Our range of services works only in that direction. We stand by that position, certain that the maturity of our market calls for thematic services with a high level of expertise,” says Damien Fournier, Partner at Bright.

This merger brings together a portfolio of prestigious clients: Batmaid, Smood, IMD, Canal, Veepee, Crédit Agricole, Neho and the ESH group. Other agencies have joined bright since: AdNatus in 2022, then Oddity, specialists in media planning, in 2025.
