This appointment marks a structuring step for the agency: it formalises the creation of a dedicated practice bringing together two kinds of expertise at the heart of our mission — improving the customer experience (CX), and attribution models.
A practice that extends our DNA.
From our earliest days, bright has held one simple conviction: our clients’ performance does not rest only on the campaigns we run, but also on the quality of the digital experiences those campaigns lead to. As a media and performance agency, our work depends directly on the quality of the websites and landing pages where the audiences we acquire arrive. Formalising a dedicated practice lets us go a step further today, offering our clients landing pages and micro-sites designed to serve the business objectives fully — beyond strategies for collecting data alone.
Attribution, our great quest.
Our other great quest remains building attribution models that are precise and robust, able to inform marketing decisions with the finesse an increasingly complex environment demands. Placing that subject within the remit of a department and a Head is a strong signal: that of our continuing commitment to performance, to measurement and to transparency — the three pillars that have structured the bright promise from the start.
AI at the heart of this new practice.
“The rise of AI lets us go extremely far today — not only by bringing AI into our processes, but above all into what we deliver. That is why every landing page and every micro-site we deliver within this new practice will be designed and developed with AI. That approach lets us offer our clients a business model that is both transparent and particularly competitive — without ever compromising on quality.”

Why Damien Magnenat for this role.
It is not, of course, because he shares my first name that we are giving him this responsibility. It is first because he has a rare talent: experience running campaigns in Switzerland, in Europe and as far as Asia, the true signature of an acquisition marketing expert, and a passion for tracking that naturally led him to become one of the best specialists on the subject we have met.
Since the rise of AI, Damien has widened his field: his skills in acquisition and tracking now unfold within a complete view of the customer experience and the customer journey. It is precisely that combination — high-level craft expertise and a command of AI-assisted development — that will let us offer our clients work of formidable effectiveness, at costs far more competitive than the market knows how to deliver today.
Congratulations to Damien, and welcome to his new role.
