As the agency grows, strengthening the management becomes essential, and we are very happy to do it through internal promotions that recognise our own talent.

Over the last few years, Elodie and Nathalie have proved invaluable, and we are very proud to have them in our team. Since joining Bright, they have contributed greatly to the success of more than 30 brands, in fields as varied as e-commerce, entertainment, banking, property, education and insurance.

Excellence is key at Bright. We believe that delivering a quality service calls for fitting, continuous training that takes each person’s seniority into account. Through her technical and strategic command and her knowledge of the craft, Elodie, in her new role as Excellence Manager, will be responsible for overseeing client management and staff training, so as to hold standards at a very high level. Elodie already wrote, back in 2020, our article on optimising campaigns by lead quality.

Technical and strategic expertise in the craft, and continuous training, are two crucial points of our organisation, but they are not enough to secure exemplary performance and service. We believe that a close-knit, complementary team — one that recognises each person’s strengths and lets everyone flourish and be happy in their work — is the best way to grow together. As Performance Manager, Nathalie will be responsible for those organisational aspects. At bright, supporting our people — their schedules, their workload, their professional development — matters just as much.
